After using the mini diffuser to try some different fragrances, we fell in love with My Way, and immediately bought this machine. I just knew I needed my whole house to smell like this. It smells JUST like 1 Hotel in Miami! I have two stinky pugs, which has always been an issue, but the smell is completely gone! Having just been through the eye wall of hurricane Ian, there are some unsavory aromas in the air, which makes it unpleasant to open the windows. The Museum360 is a true powerhouse and it fragrances the entire house just as promised. Delighted would be an understatement. The installation couldn’t be easier. The instructions it comes with are somewhat vague, but it’s pretty intuitive. Setting up the timer seemed daunting, but once you get the idea, it’s a breeze. I found the best saturation for my own 2,200sf house is 5s on, 60s off. Remember it’s set for military time, so when you set the timer, be sure your start time isn’t actually after your end time. I made this mistake, corrected the issue, and the machine kicked right on. I love that it’s mounted out of sight and I don’t have to look at wires or switches or lights. Out of sight, but certainly not out of mind. If you are questioning this, don’t! Treat yourself! I promise you WON’T be disappointed!

My home smells amazing! Installing up the machine was easy, figuring out the settings, not so much. The instructions are vague. It describes the aroma times that can be set but fails to tell how to adjust the sensitivity. I had to do a Google search and came across a manual for the Museum 360XL model that described how to adjust. As far as customer service, it's definitely lacking. I initially ordered the machine and paid via Affirm. A customer service rep contacted me to confirm/up-sell me on the scented program, which I accepted. They refunded all but one months payment to affirm while also charging me the first months service via their financing company. This was all before a unit was even sent. My machine was never sent out when it was originally ordered. I contacted customer service via phone and email with no response, which I gave them the standard 48 hours waiting period. I finally was able to find the personal number of the rep who called and describe my problem. He was able to get the device sent out immediately via UPS.
