The VanGogh360 aroma machine combines the ease, convenience and portability of a stand-alone unit with the power, quality and consistency of HVAC scenting. Operating with waterless cold air diffusion technology, the VanGogh360’s atomizer and built-in fan allows for even and efficient coverage of large open spaces. For maximum versatility, the VanGogh360 aroma machine has an adapter that allows the system to be connected to the HVAC system.
The VanGogh360’s easy-to-use internal timer provides the ultimate level of control as it has a programmable weekly timer that allows up to five unique operating periods to best fit your scenting schedule.

How To Set It Up
Open & Access
Place the included magnetic key card on the right side of the unit to unlock the top canister and access the oil compartment. Once you hear a click, lift the oil chamber from unit.
Fill The Bottle
Unscrew the 200mL brown bottle and fill it with Aroma360 oil (do not overfill), then securely reattach the bottle.
Reattach & Lock
Place the canister back into the diffuser, ensure there are no oil leaks, and remove the key card.
Power On
Plug in the diffuser, press the middle power button to power on, set your program, and you’re ready to go!
Turn Off HVAC & Choose Location
Power down your HVAC system, then find a central location near your return duct for even distribution. Ensure the area is easily accessible for refills and maintenance.
Prepare The Diffuser
Remove the silver silencer that comes pre-installed on the unit. Locate the HVAC connector (a silver lug nut with a black rubber stopper on top) and screw it in where the silencer was. Please refer to Steps 1 through 3 in the standalone instructions for more detailed guidance on preparing the diffuser before HVAC use.
Connect The Tubing To The HVAC
Locate the supply air duct (after the air filter) and drill a small hole for the scenting tube. Insert the tube 1-2 inches into the hole and secure it with HVAC tape to prevent movement.
Power On & Adjust Settings
Plug the diffuser into a power outlet, ensuring that the power source is stable. Turn on the diffuser, adjust the intensity to your desired strength, and set a schedule to fit your needs.

I’m using this in my family room it works very, I wish that came with a manual. And I also have a Davinci360 in my bedroom it works very well. I’m hoping that one come out with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi soon.

Our VanGogh360 rocks. Have fun making your aroma selectin. We started with the Smoke on the water and WOW. We have an open floor plan, and it fills it like they said it would. Get rid of those old plugs and step up to Aroma 360.

I’ve been using my Van Gogh unit for 18 months and have had no issues.
had one small question that came up while cleaning it yesterday in between oil scents. CS rep Geovanny Galvez spent 15-20 minutes on the phone answering my question and then going step by step with me to ensure my settings were all correct. Come to find out they weren’t so his offer to double check with me before hanging up was very much appreciated!
The unit itself is fantastic. I do not have it hooked up to the HVAC , so it functions as a stand alone unit. Despite that, it adequately scents our almost 6,000 sq ft home efficiently. I added fir tree scented oil yesterday and the whole house smells fantastic and like Christmas!
I would like to add a tip to those who are sensitive to smells or migraine sufferers like me. You can purchase a non scented oil called Diffusol to dilute your scents down a bit. I learned this from a different CS rep after I first got the machine and was suffering even with the concentration setting set low. No more problem!
