Return and Exchange Policy
Aroma360’s Return and Exchange Policy depends on a number of factors, including, the type of product purchased and the time elapsed since the date of purchase.
Specifically, Aroma360’s Policy is a follows:
Diffusers - You may return any diffusers for any reason whatsoever within 14 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the diffuser, whichever is later, for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and still in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.
Aroma Oils - You may return any of our oils for any reason whatsoever within 14 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the oil, whichever is later, for a refund as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping.
Customer may exchange any of our oils for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of your date of purchase, or the date you receive the oil, whichever is later, for an exchange for another Aroma360 oil of equal or lesser value as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Unfortunately, once the seal is broken or the oil bottle is opened, the sale is final.
Start-Up Fees. - Start-up Fees for all financing and Installment Programs are non-refundable.
Installation and Service Fees - Installation and service fees are non-refundable.
Installment and Finance Programs - All installment and finance programs are non-refundable and are subject to the terms agreed upon in the agreement.
Promotion/Discount/Sale Items - All promotional items, discounted items and sale items are final sale. This includes flash sales, monthly subscription items and promotional offers.
Point of Purchase - Only items that have been purchased directly from Aroma360, either through an authorized Aroma360 sales person or our website, can be returned to Aroma360. Aroma360 products purchased through other retailers, affiliates or distributers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Shipping - Customer will be responsible for all costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all cords, adaptors, bottles, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
How to Return an Item
To return an item to Aroma360, please email Support@Aroma360.com to request a return authorization (RA). Once you receive the RA, please send back the product in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Aroma360 is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund or exchange, whichever the case may be.
